Data and Privacy at ZiloSMM: What We Store and What We Never Ask For
Here is the single most important safety fact in this entire industry: no legitimate SMM panel order ever requires your social media password. ZiloSMM services run on public links only — a profile URL, a post URL, a video URL. We never ask for your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or Telegram login, and we never will. Beyond that, we store only what the service needs to function: your email, username, order history, and a wallet ledger. Payments go through external processors, so we never touch your card number or crypto private keys.
Why "Public Link Only" Is the Whole Safety Story
Services that grow social media numbers fall into two structurally different groups. Panel-style services, like everything on ZiloSMM, work from the outside: you paste a public URL, pick a quantity, and delivery targets that link the same way any visitor would reach it. The second group — "account boosting" or "growth" services — asks you to hand over your username and password so they can log in and act *as you*. That is the line between a service that cannot touch your account and one that fully controls it.
Once someone has your password, they can post from your profile, read your DMs, change your recovery email, and lock you out permanently. This is industry-wide advice, not a ZiloSMM sales point: any service that asks for your social media password can steal your account, and many have. A panel that only ever sees a public link has no such power.
If a service asks for your password, it does not matter how good the reviews look. Access to your login is access to your account. Walk away.
What ZiloSMM Stores and Why
Running an SMM panel requires a small, specific set of data. Here is exactly what sits in a ZiloSMM account and what each piece is for:
- Account basics — your email and username. Needed for login, receipts, and order notifications.
- Panel password — stored hashed, the industry-standard practice. We keep a one-way fingerprint of your password, never the password itself, so it cannot be read back even by staff.
- Order history — the link, service, quantity, and status of every order. This is what makes delivery tracking, refill claims, and support disputes possible.
- Wallet ledger — a record of every deposit, charge, and refund on your balance (more on this below).
- Support conversations — messages you send through web chat or the Telegram bot, kept so we can operate the service, follow up on tickets, and resolve disputes with context.
What ZiloSMM Never Stores
Three categories of data never enter our systems at all. First, social media passwords — we never ask, so there is nothing to store. Second, full card numbers. Deposits run through external payment processors — Cryptomus and Heleket checkout for crypto, Binance Pay, and bank transfer via a payment gateway — and your card or banking details stay with those processors, never with us. Third, crypto private keys: you pay from your own wallet, and all ZiloSMM ever receives is confirmation that the payment arrived. The full picture of how deposits work is in our payment methods guide.
How Your Money Data Stays Honest
Your wallet balance is not a number someone can quietly edit. It is backed by an append-only ledger: every credit (deposit, refund) and every debit (order charge) is written as a permanent entry, and your balance is the sum of those entries. Entries are added, never rewritten or deleted. If you ever question a charge, the full history is there — what was charged, when, and for which order — and support resolves disputes against that record, not against anyone's memory.
Security Features You Should Actually Turn On
We handle storage; you control access. Two habits close most of the remaining risk:
- Use a strong, unique password for your panel account — and never reuse the password from any of your social media accounts. If two sites share a password, a breach at either one exposes both.
- Enable 2FA. ZiloSMM accounts support two-factor authentication, so a stolen password alone is not enough to get in. It takes a minute to switch on and is the single biggest upgrade to account safety.
Privacy in the Telegram Bot
Ordering through Telegram follows the same rules as the website. The bot is linked to your existing ZiloSMM account, spends the same wallet, and needs the same inputs: a service, a public link, and a quantity. It never asks for your Telegram password, your social media logins, or payment card details — it has no use for them. If a bot claiming to be a panel ever requests a password in chat, it is not a panel; it is a phishing attempt. See the Telegram bot ordering guide for how linking works.
What Upstream Providers See When You Order
ZiloSMM is a multi-source panel: your orders are fulfilled by upstream providers. What do those providers learn about you? Nothing personal. A forwarded order contains the public link, the quantity, and service parameters — that is the whole payload. Your name, email, wallet balance, and order history never leave ZiloSMM. To a provider, an order is an anonymous link and a number.
Retention and Deletion
Data does not live forever by default. Inactive account data is retained for a limited period and then becomes eligible for deletion — the exact terms are defined in our Terms & Policy, which is the authoritative document on retention. We point you there rather than quoting numbers in a blog post, because the policy page is the version kept current. If you want out sooner, you can request account deletion through support at any time.

Red Flags: How to Judge Any Panel's Safety
These checks apply to every panel on the internet, ours included. Before depositing anywhere, look for:
- Asks for your social media password — the hardest red flag there is. No panel-style service needs it. Leave immediately.
- No terms or policy page — if a site will not write down what it does with your data and money, assume the worst.
- No 2FA option — a panel that holds a wallet balance but offers no second factor is careless with your money.
- Pressure to pay off-platform — requests to send money by direct transfer or DM, outside the site's own checkout, remove every record and protection you would otherwise have.
- Vague answers about data — support that cannot say what is stored, or dodges deletion questions, is telling you something.
ZiloSMM is built to pass its own checklist: public links only, hashed passwords, 2FA available, external payment processors, a written policy page, and an auditable wallet ledger. If that is the standard you want, create a free account — it takes an email and a password, and your social logins stay exactly where they belong: with you. More questions? The SMM panel FAQ covers the rest.
Frequently asked questions
Is an SMM panel safe to use — does it need my password?
A legitimate panel never needs your social media password. Every service on ZiloSMM works from a public link — profile, post, or video URL — so the panel has no access to your account at all. If any service, panel or otherwise, asks for your login credentials, treat it as a threat: with your password it can post as you, read your messages, and lock you out.
Does ZiloSMM see my card number or crypto wallet keys?
No. Deposits are handled by external processors — Cryptomus and Heleket checkout, Binance Pay, or bank transfer through a payment gateway. Your card details stay with the processor, and crypto payments come from your own wallet, so private keys never leave your hands. ZiloSMM only receives confirmation that the payment arrived and credits your wallet accordingly.
Can the upstream providers who fulfill my orders identify me?
No. A forwarded order contains only the public link, the quantity, and service parameters. Your name, email, wallet balance, and order history never leave ZiloSMM, and providers have no account of yours to inspect. From their side, every order is an anonymous link with a number attached — there is nothing in it that connects back to you as a person.
How long does ZiloSMM keep my data, and can I delete my account?
Inactive account data is retained for a limited period and then becomes eligible for deletion. The exact retention rules live in the Terms & Policy page, which is the authoritative and current version — we intentionally do not quote fixed numbers in blog posts. If you want your data removed sooner, contact support and request account deletion at any time.
