The critical rule for both: the network you withdraw on must match the network shown on the invoice. USDT sent over TRC20 to a BEP20 invoice (or the reverse) will not be detected by the processor, and recovering funds sent on the wrong network is difficult and sometimes impossible.

Binance Pay: no network fee at all

Binance Pay moves funds inside the Binance ecosystem instead of over a public blockchain. Because there is no on-chain transaction, there is no network fee, and transfers arrive near-instantly. This makes Binance Pay especially good for small deposits, where a normal network fee would eat a noticeable percentage of the amount. The only requirement is that you hold funds in a Binance account.

VietQR: bank transfer for Vietnam

VietQR is the QR payment standard used by Vietnamese banks. What to do if a deposit does not arrive

Most "missing" deposits are not missing — they are waiting for confirmations, or they were sent on the wrong network or with an edited transfer note. Work through this checklist:

• Wait several minutes first. Crypto processors wait for block confirmations before notifying the panel.
• Verify the network and address against the invoice by looking up your transaction hash in a block explorer.
• For VietQR, check that the transfer note in your bank statement matches the one the panel generated.
