Please read carefully before using ZiloSMM. By registering and using the service, you agree to the terms below.
1. About the service
ZiloSMM provides social media engagement services through partner providers. The service is a marketing aid and is not guaranteed to last permanently, as it depends on each platform's policies.
Customers are solely responsible for the content, account, and intended use of the service.
2. Payment & Top-up
The wallet is only credited via automatic reconciliation webhooks or by logged manual admin approval. The system does not allow placing orders when the balance is insufficient.
The minimum top-up amount and payment methods are shown in the Top-up section.
3. Warranty, refunds & cancellations
Warranty/cancellation policies apply per service and provider; see the details in each service's info box before ordering.
Orders placed with a wrong link/ID/parameters, or edited while running, are not eligible for a refund.
Placing a duplicate order on the same link before the previous one finishes: if the customer still confirms to proceed, the system locks the warranty and cancellation rights for those duplicate orders.
4. Prohibited content
Using the service for content that violates Vietnamese law is strictly prohibited: sensitive politics, obscenity, violence, incitement, discrimination, or fraud.
Violations may result in account suspension, balance deduction, and legal liability.
5. Liability & Support
ZiloSMM helps resolve issues arising from the system; customers must provide the order ID, link, and evidence.
